The Core

FUNCTION OF THE CORE

Everybody in a training environment talks about the Core muscles.

But what actually defines the core? Which muscles are part of it functionally? How does the abdominal wall work when we move?

KinetiCode® creates a clear guideline on how we can dig into this topic, learning the different roles that muscles play in the two units of the Core.

Each muscle is visually explained with charts that allows anatomical terminology to be compressible and to directly relate to movement. You will also discover its application in a context of static and dynamic phases of training including related exercises.
